SpatialAnalyzer® (Basic, Ultimate, and Utlimate + CAD) is priced on a per version, per seat basis and includes one year of maintenance and technical support. After the first year, the maintenance and technical support can be renewed on a yearly basis which includes all software updates, new features, and technical support (highly recommended).
